Registration fee
Early-bird applies to all registrations received by 20 March 2027 — your rate is locked on the day you register. On-site registration is charged at the same rate as regular registration. All fees are charged in Korean won (KRW); approximate USD amounts are shown for reference, and overseas cards are converted to your local currency by your card issuer.

Registration is open on this website. Payment is coordinated by our Conference Secretariat, Trinity D&C, which handles the conference fee only. This covers your conference registration only — accommodation is booked and paid separately with the hotel.

Pay your registration fee straight away in the secure payment window — international cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX) and Korean cards are both accepted. If you prefer, the secretariat also e-mails payment instructions after you register.

Your card receipt is issued as soon as the payment is approved, and the secretariat sends your registration confirmation by e-mail.

- The organizers reserve the right to modify the program; such changes do not entitle participants to a refund.
- Cancellations are refunded on a date-based schedule (100% / 50% / no refund) — see the refund policy. Substituting another participant is free at any time.
- Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy; payment data is processed by the payment provider, never by this website.
