Please respect the allocated time so every speaker in your session has their full slot.

Session Room

Equipment & slides

  • The session room is equipped with a projector, screen, presentation computer, laser pointer and microphone.
  • Bring your slides on a USB drive and upload them at the session room before your session starts.
  • Please arrive in the session room ahead of your session and introduce yourself to the session chair.

Poster Presentations

Poster specifications

Poster size A0 (841 × 1189 mm)
Portrait orientation
Poster stands A0 poster stands are provided on site, together with mounting materials.
Mounting & removal times TBA — times will be announced with the final program.
Title & authors The poster title and author names must appear in large type at the top of the poster.

※ Specifications may change slightly once the poster panel supplier is confirmed. Any change will be announced on this page.
